The DS1 HF Mullion reader uses our unique Oneprox Smart (Ops) technology and the industry leading MIFARE and DESFire EV1 reading protocols, minimising the risk of token cloning. The DS1 is the recommended reader to be used with the PAC8 App-Based Door Controller due to its cost effective, highly functional, yet simple design. It can however, also be used with our range of 500 series controllers as well.

The PAC 212 Controller has been designed for sites where programming credentials locallyis required. It allows for up to 2,000 users to be administrated via the built-in reader, both in legacy LF and thehigh security HF versions. The units database can be configured for residential as well as commercial applications. When configured for a residential installation, the PAC 212s database will reflect the applications requirements in that credentials will be associated with flats and colours of the tokens, allowing for simple management of the system.
PAC8 is a highly cost-effective access control solution. It is App based which removes the need for a PC to control the system. Using the App, the PAC8 controller is configured by the installer to match the customers requirement for the doors around the building. Once the engineer has set the system up, the customer can take control of it on their own App.
Designed to be simple and fast, customers can readily add tokens to the access control system through the App in four simple steps: add the user’s name; click on the doors the user is to be allowed access to; scan the QR code on the token; press save. Each QR code is unique to that token and can only be read by the PAC8 App, making it very secure. Updates to the system can be transmitted to the controller via the App using Bluetooth when requested by the customer
