This TSS Digital Lock Intumescent Kit is designed for use with TSSDIGIS and TSSEASYDIGIS. They are pre-cut strips which allow them to fit easily with the aforementioned digital locks, without the need for templates or cutting.
The TSSDIGIS and TSSEASYDIGIS will only comply withEN1634 standards when fitted with this Intumescent Kit, making it a vital component for and application that requires the locks to be fire rated for up to one hour and within the EN1634 standard.
The TSS Fire Rated Door Viewers are FD30 30 Minute Fire Rated and supplied complete with Intumescent Sleeve (not fitted).
They are adjustable from 35mm to 55mm, ideal for Wooden and UPVC Doors.

Intumescent Hinge Liners are designed to be fitted with Fire Rated Hinges in order to comply with FD30/60 Fire Regulations.
To Achieve FD30: One Intumescent Hinge Liner should be fitted to each leaf of the Hinge.
To Achieve FD60: Two Intumescent Hinge Liners should be fitted to each leaf of the Hinge.
The TSS Hinge Intumescent Kits are supplied in a Pack of 4 Liners. For FD30 x1 TSSHINGINTKIT would suit 1x Pair of Hinges, for FD60 x1 TSSHINGINTKIT would suit 1x Single Hinge.
