The casement stay is 254mm long, the mounting plate and locking clip are 44mm long with 30mm screw centres.
The peg is mounted on a plate that measures 38mm x 19mm.

Log InFeaturing adjustable stack height as well as an easy clean/egress function built-in.
The egress function allows the window to be open at 90° whilst the easy clean function allows the fully opened window to be slid to the centre of the hinge for easy cleaning.
As with our VERSA standard window hinges, these are supplied with 25mm repair screws and 4mm packers to adjust from 13mm to 17mm stack height.
Packaged in pairs, these hinges are suitable for both top hung and side hung windows.

Log InThe VERSA friction stay restrictor is designed to convert standard window hinges to restricted.
The restrictor is croppable to enable it to fit any size stay.
The restrictor is 158mm in length and is supplied with a key to lock the stay into place and a magnet to remove it.
Simply drop the restrictor in the groove of the stay and lock into place up against the small bridge in the groove of the stay.
To remove, open up just enough to get the restrictor out and use the magnet to lift out.
This product will only work with friction stays that have a small bridge in the groove of the friction stay(see attached photo)

These hinges are restricted with a button that allows you to further open the window in the event of an emergency.
They are conveniently packaged in handed pairs with 25mm repair screws.
To determine whether you need a left or right-hand friction stay; the hand you need is the opposite side to where the window is hinged. For example:
When standing inside, if the window is hinged on the left – you need a right-hand friction stay
When standing inside, if the window is hinged on the right – you need a left-hand friction stay.
