    This product lends itself perfectly to any scenario where a customer wants a simple, cost-effective way of controlling access across a single door without the use of keys. The large white enclosure is fitted to the inside of the secure area, and the small anti-vandal reader is fitted to the outside.

    The installer is then free to select any electronic locking device (such as an electronic release, or mag lock) to work in conjunction with the system. This connects to the lock relay inside the enclosure.

    There is also a dedicated relay available for an exit switch if required.

    The only part of the system visible externallyis the IP65 rated sealed proximity reader, which uses a wiegand 4 wire connection, meaning even if attacked it can not manipulated to open the door. This system is therefore secure and suitable for use on both internal and external doors and gates.

    The Ultion Nuki smart handle has been engineered to suit the UK multipoint locking market. It combines a lever handle with a motorized smart lock to make a perfect retrofit solution. It has been designed to fit existing doors with handle fixings of 215mm, 211mm, 122mm and 92mm centres.

    The Ultion Nuki features a specially adapted 3 Star Ultion Plus Euro Cylinder, available in two sizes to suit PVCu. Composite or timber doors. Fitting is as simple as replacing the existing internal handle and configuring the device.

    Nuki locks are powered manually, by a smartphone app (when connected to a bridge or by using the Plus model), by remote fob or keypad (optional extras).

    Ultion locks are sold in two different versions, with an integral 3* euro cylinder. Ultion are comfortable that their 3* cylinder protection means that this is still an acceptable installation.

    Operation

    Ultion is compatible with any euro-operated lock with 92mm centres and 215mm, 211mm or 122mm screw centres. For Key Wind and Automatic operation locks, Nuki can be used to fully lock and unlock the door, using only the app, remote, keypad or smart home connection. This also allows the auto lock and unlock function to lock and unlock the door based on a timer. For the lift lever and nightlatch (including both split spindle and double spindle operation), the user will need to throw the handle to engage the locking points, before Nuki can turn the cylinder. A bridge or Nuki Plus is required for smartphone Wi-Fi access.

    All Nuki locks can be operated manually by using the turn or via the key.

    Ultion Nuki Plus Smart Lock

    The Nuki Plus features a rechargeable battery and is available in both White/Steel and Black/Steel finishes. The Plus features a built-in Wi-fi bridge. Both Nuki models are mechanically very similar and both feature a smart lock attached to a replacement handle.
