Kaba Simplex/Unican 1031 Series Mortice Latch Digital Lock with Passage

The Simplex 1000 Series provides exterior access by combination while allowing free egress. This mechanical lock, with knob option, eliminates the material and labour expense of battery replacements, has a single access-code and is programmed via the keypad without removing the lock from the door.

This heavy-duty commercial quality product is extremely popular and often seen used in healthcare, educational and business facilities.

The 1000 range includes various models. This model is the version passage mode (allowing code free usage). Other models are available which offer various features. For the standard model with no key override or passage mode, see SKU 10001S. For key override models see SKU 10002S.

The Units come supplied with a 70mm backset Kaba latch, fitting template, installation tools, instructions, and fixings.
